John: In my blog, if you're careful enough,  you would find that 80% of the cases are "live" and "on-the-site" surveillance. Yet, Kelvin is a New Yorker.  There're 12 hours time-zone difference between me and him.

Me (stunned): 80%?

John: Yes,  I try my best to translate the term, "Hacker's package" into French,  Spanish and Deutsch.  Yet, I fail.

Me: How did this sergeant repeat Kelvin's words ?

John: It's Kelvin who told this "sergeant" already, "The person in red T-shirt is the person under the surveillance of the satellite. You are the sergeant. You repeat my words. You said to your colleagues, 'That's the person. We give him a fine.' ".

Me: Repeating Kelvin's words is illegal.  

John: Precisely. 

Me: This sergeant should genuinely report the news. 

John: A genuine news report should be,  "Me (Sergeant 45678) is Kelvin's students.  I learn how to hack the satellite. ".

John: True. However,  in my case, in GaiLao case, it's a "live" and "on-the-site" surveillance.

Me: At that time, it's not Kelvin who give intelligence to those police.  In fact, at that time,  it is Kelvin's deputy who give intelligence to those police.  This deputy may station in Perth, Hong Kong or Beijing. Perth,  Hong Kong and Beijing are at the same time zone of you. 

John: Precisely.

Me: To "hack" a server of satellite or telecom, we need a machine. That machine  should be able to create a signal.  And, this signal is able to penerate the server of the satellite and the telecom. 

John: It's true.  This machine must be in America.  This machine can't be in Perth,  Hong Kong or Beijing. 

Me: Precisely. Not to mention Kelvin's deputy,  even the America's army don't have such a machine.

John: True. I assume that.  At that time, Kelvin's deputy is called Mr. Gao. Mr. Gao is Beijinger. Mr. Gao fit in the same time zone of me.

Me: So, Kelvin "hacked" the server of telecom and satellite and then Kelvin directed the signal of Satellite abd telecom to Mr. Gao's computer.

Me: Sort of a software ?

John: Sort of,  yet it's not exactly a software.  Anyway, It's not only a signal redirect.  It's some sort of a package.  What's the details ? God knows.  Cause,  you are not Miuson's student.  You're the 3rd party.  I dare say, in this case, if you are able to translate the term of hacker's package into French, Spanish and Deutsch,  I guarantee,  you will win the prize of literature of Nobel.
