John: I tell you guys a real story.  It happen in 2020. Mr. Tsang is my friend and neighbor.

Somebody: Mr. Tsang is John's neighbour and friend. We are intelligence agency.  If John get surveillanced,  Mr. Tsang get surveillanced automatically.  We call it "Close contact"..

Mr. Lou (a spy from Hong Kong): Intelligence agency ? Close contact ?

Somebody: Yes, Tomorrow 1500pm, You invite Mr. Tsang to come out. And,  You tell Mr. Tsang, "Your son got kidnapped by me.". At that time, I will hack the satellite and the telecom.  I observe the environment.  I protect and conceal you guys. You guys are definitely safe.

John: Who's this "Somebody"?

Me:  It happen in 1500pm of Hong Kong.  Kelvin is a New Yorker.  There's 12 hours time-zone difference between Hong Kong and New York.  1500pm of Hong Kong is 0300am of New York.  At that time,  Kelvin should be on his bed sleeping.  He couldn't be awake staring at the monitor and direct Mr. Lou how to do it.

John: Exactly. In fact,  at that time,  it's Kelvin's deputy who hack the satellite and telecom.  And then, he direct Mr. Lou how to do it.

Me: Mr. Gao is an ethnic Chinese.  He holds a Green Card.  He's an American.  

John: He long term stay in Beijing.  Beijing is at the same time zone of me. 

Me: Yes,. Let's consider.  If we hack the server of satellite and telecom,  we need a "Super machine" which can create a very destructive signal.  That signal is able to penerate the server of the satellite and telecom. 

John: You are correct. Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing isn't able to create such a signal. 

Me: This super machine must be in New York.  It can't be in Beijing. 

John: Even the America's army don't have such a machine not to mention Kelvin's deputy,  e.g.,Mr. Gao. 

Me: So,  what did happen ?

John: In fact, in advance,  Kelvin has given Mr. Gao a hacker's package, of which, Mr. Gao press a button,  a signal go from Mr.  Gao's computer of Beijing to a "Super Machine" in New York. 

Me: And then?

John: And then,  this super machine on behalf of Mr. Gao send a very destructive signal to the server of satellite and telecom. 

Me: Oh! God.  

John: Kelvin letting Mr. Gao use a hacker's package is equal to teaching Mr. Gao how to hack a server of satellite and telecom.  Yet, Kelvin keep denying that he teach Mr. Gao how to hack the server of satellite and telecom
