John:  It happen in 1500pm of Hong Kong.  It's 0300am of New York.  Definitely,  it's done by Mr. Gao (a Kelvin's deputy in China ). It is not done by Kelvin.  Why ? At that time, Kelvin is on his bed sleeping.  He couldn't be awake staring at the monitor.
