John: To remotely hack the telecom,  you gotta use a machine to create an extremely destructive signal.  This destructive signal first penerate the telecom. And then, this signal set the signal strength of the cellular phone of my brother to be close to zero.  This machine can't be in Beijing.  This machine must be in New York.
