Learning (82) Hacker's package

1) In a workplace,  I use a machine.  It doesn't mean that I learn how to make this machine. 

2) In a university laboratory room,  I use an equipment.  It means that I learn how to make this equipment.

John:  Guys. Actually,  from 2004 - 2010, Kelvin kill the dogs of mine 10 times. It's non stop. 

Me: True.  Non stop. 

John: Yes, non-stop. It happened in 2008. 1 of my dog is huge.  Every things of it is OK. Suddenly,  it fall down and die.

Mr. Gao (a Kelvin's deputy in China): See this satellite's camera.  It's live.

Miss Wang:  Live?

Mr. Gao: Of course,  do you see the garden of John? Do you see the huge dog walking around ?

Miss Wong: Yes,

Mr. Gao: Everything of it is OK. Yet 5 minutes later,  I guarantee,  this huge dog will fall down and die.

Miss Wong: It's so Precisely 5 minutes.

Mr. Gao: Yes, . Wait and See.

Me: What time did it happen ?

John: 1500pm of Hong Kong. 

Me: 1500pm of Hong Kong is 0300am of New York.  Kelvin is a New Yorker.  At that time,  Kelvin should be on his bed sleeping.  He couldn't be awake staring at the monitor. 

John: Precise.  Actually, the "culprit" is Mr. Gao not Kelvin. Mr. Gao is Kelvin's deputy in China.  He stay in Beijing.  Beijing is at the same time zone of mine.  This guy is an ethnic Chinese.  Yet,  he holds a Green Card and a "hacker's packages". 

Me: Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing is definitely unable to send a signal to break down the satellite's server.  

John: In fact, Kelvin gave him a package of which he press a button,  a signal go from Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing to a super machine in New York. 

Me: Super machine ?

John: Yes, . And then,  this super machine on behalf of Mr. Gao do the rest of the job.

John: You let Mr. Gao use a hacker's package.  That mean,  you teach him how to hack the satellite's server. 

Kelvin: Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing is not able to send a signal which can "Break through" the satellite server. 

John: No, his computer of Beijing isn't able to do so. 

Kelvin: Good.  That mean,  I didn't teach him. 

John: Yet, he known that after he press a button of his computer of Beijing,  there's a super machine in New York which on behalf of him do the rest of the job . Doesn't he?

Kelvin: Yes, he does know that. 

John: It's a University laboratory room.  He use an equipment.  He's learning how to make this equipment.
