John: In my blog, if you are careful enough,  you would find that 80% of the monitoring are live and on-the-site. 

Me: Ok.

John: Ah Liang is my friend. One day of 2019, at about 15:00 pm,  I drink beer with him in a park downstairs of his building. After that, we say good bye.  Once Ah Liang walk back to "his" building, his building is suddenly out of power. 

Me: You mean, a person hack the satellite and was observing what you guys did in "Park" at that. And, when he see Ah Liang went back to his building.  He deliberately press a button.  The building of Ah Liang is out of power.

John: Yes, . Would this person be Kelvin ?

Me: It wouldn't be Kelvin.  Why? Kelvin is a New Yorker. You're a Hong Konger. You guys have 12 hours time-zone difference. It's 15:00 pm of Hong Kong time.  Yet,  it 03:00 am of New York time. At that time, Kelvin should be on his bed sleeping. He couldn't be awake staring at the monitor.

John: True.

Me:  At that time, it's Kelvin's deputy who hack the satellite, observe you guys,  hack the power plant of Hong Kong and let Ah Liang's building be out of power.

John: Exactly.  I assume that.  This deputy is called Mr. Gao. Mr. Gao stay in Perth,  Beijing or Hong Kong.  In another words, Mr. Gao is at the same time zone of me. 

Me: Different from Kelvin,  at 15:00 pm, Mr. Gao is awake and able to stare at the monitor.  Yet, is Mr. Gao a green card holder ?

John: I don't know.  Probably,  he speaks fluent Chinese. Read the following.

1) To let a building be out of power,  you need a machine to detect the physical address of this building. 

2) To hack the server of a satellite, you need a machine to create a signal.  This signal can penerate the server of the satellite.

John: This machine can't be in Perth,  Hong Kong or Beijing.  This machine must be in New York. 

Me: Do the America's army have this machine  

John: No, America's army don't have such machine,   not to mention Kelvin's deputy of Perth, Hong Kong and Beijing.

John: Mr. Gao stay in Beijing.  He's at the same time zone of me. Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing isn't able to detect the physical address of Ah Liang's building.

John: Nor is Mr. Gao's computer able to "hack" the server of the satellite or hack the power plant of Hong Kong to let the building of Ah Liang br out of power.

John: In fact,  Kelvin let Mr. Gao use a hacker's package.  When Mr. Gao press a button in Beijing ,  a signal will go from Mr. Gao's computer of Beijing to a "Super Machine" in New York.

Me: Ok.

John: And then, this super machine will on behalf of Mr. Gao detect the physical address of Ah Liang's building and send destructive signal to both the server of the satellite and the power plant of Hong Kong. And then, the building of Ah Liang is out of power.

Me: Ok.

John: What's the contents of hacker's package which Mr. Gao is using? In fact, it's hard for us to know it.
